About the Department
Established in 2001, the Department of Accounting and Information Systems has held AACSB accreditation since 2016 and is dedicated to upholding these high standards. We are committed to integrating modern information technology (IT) into the field of accounting, a goal we achieve by fostering close relationships with accounting and IT professionals and various industries across Taiwan and internationally.Bachelor degree and master degree programs are both offered by the Department.

Driven by the soaring global demand for accounting professionals in finance, auditing, tax and emerging areas like ESG, our department is leading the way in Smart and Sustainable Accounting. This forward-thinking program provides students with a unique blend of expertise in financial reporting, information technology, and sustainability. We aim to cultivate the next generation of accounting leaders by partnering with accounting and IT professionals in Taiwan and internationally to keep our curriculum relevant and aligned with modern industry needs.
Environment
The department is located in the Humanity and Management Building with Greek-style architecture and a pretty central courtyard.
There is also a tranquil lotus pond at the back of the building.

Location
The Department of Accounting and Information Systems is located at the Humanities and Management Building. The number of joint office for the college of management is M402. Please find our department assistant at M402 if you have any question in school.
